Diplômes et certifications
The Baccalaureate Diploma
The General Baccalaureate diploma is specifically intended for pursuing higher education, particularly in universities or in preparatory schools.
The General Baccalaureate is evaluated using two methods:
- Continuous assessment, which accounts for 40% of the final grade, considers the student’s performance in class throughout the final cycle, including both mandatory and elective subjects;
- The remaining 60% of the final grade is determined through final exams, which are divided into the first group and, if applicable, the second group (“oral exams” or “random checks”).
The Brevet National Diploma
The Brevet National Diploma evaluates the knowledge and competencies obtained upon completion of lower secondary school. The evaluation method consists of a combination of continual assessment of key competencies and final examinations, ensuring a balanced approach. Each subject evaluated is administered as an individual test, with the exception of science (which consists of two subjects) and an oral test for school candidates.
The common foundation of knowledge, skills, and culture delineates the essential content and abilities that every student should acquire and demonstrate by the completion of mandatory education. It encompasses the entirety of the knowledge, skills, beliefs, and attitudes required for success in academia, personal growth, and future civic engagement.

In the field of road safety (ASSR1 et ASSR2)
The 1st level (ASSR1) and 2nd level (ASSR2) road safety education certificates (ASSR) are awarded as part of mandatory road safety instruction.
These guidelines, provided at the Collège, encompass information regarding the hazards and regulations that pertain to several categories of individuals, including pedestrians, cyclists, moped riders, car passengers, and prospective drivers.
The ASSR is administered during school hours, following a theoretical knowledge examination:
The ASSR1, is taken before age of 14, in the 5th grade,

The prevention and first aid level 1 certificate (PSC1) is given to secondary school students as proof of their capacity to predict potential dangers and perform fundamental first-aid techniques for individuals experiencing physical distress.
In the sporting field (Cycling skill, swimming skill)
Acquiring the skill of riding a bicycle in a safe manner is possible at any level of education
This program promotes the acquisition of safe biking skills among children, fostering their independence, facilitating regular physical exercise, and helping them to navigate their surroundings in an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective manner.
Acquiring the necessary skills to swim safely across all levels of education
Several regulatory and instructional procedures have been established to ensure that a maximum number of pupils acquire the ability to swim safely. The instruction of “swimming skills” and the act of swimming are conducted with the purpose of developing the abilities outlined in the physical education and sports curricula throughout the entirety of a pupil’s educational journey.
