Orientation

Upon completing their education at the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle, students have the opportunity to continue their studies in other post-baccalaureate programs, including Turkish, French, and Anglo-Saxon systems.

Starting from the ninth grade, students receive assistance in developing their career plans.
Throughout the school year, various events and information meetings are arranged to facilitate students in getting acquainted with one another, gaining more insights about their peers, and making decisions that align with their aspirations. These include workplace observation courses, specialisation presentation meetings, information sessions on diverse post-baccalaureate systems, career forums, and orientation trips to the European Education Fair in Paris, among others.
Several staff are available to provide assistance to students:

  • Head teachers and the education team
  • Staff responsible for providing information and guidance resources (PRIO)
  • Librarian
  • Deputy Principal and Principal

French Excellence Major Program

French Excellence Major scholarships are granted to international baccalaureate holders from French High Schools worldwide, based on their exceptional performance, in order to support their pursuit of advanced studies in France. This initiative, jointly funded by the AEFE and The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, is a component of the French government’s cultural diplomacy program and plays a role in fostering the growth of French higher education.
